    • EMPIECE™ is an online boutique curated to offer timeless pieces that empower. Our name comes from a blend of the Spanish word "empiece" (meaning "to begin") and the English word "piece"—because with the right piece, you begin to feel empowered, elevated, and elegantly yourself.

    • We are proudly based in the United States and currently ship worldwide! From cities to countries to timezones, your piece finds its way to you.
  3. Do you offer gift packaging?
    • Yes! EMPIECE™ orders arrive in our signature black packaging with gold accents - designed to feel special whether you're gifting or treating yourself. Premium gift upgrades may be offered in the future.
  4. Can I include a gift message?
    • At this time, we do not offer custom gift messages, but all EMPIECE™ orders are packaged with care and presentation in mind.
  5. Do your pieces tarnish?
    • EMPIECE™ pieces are curated to be tarnish-resistant and made to last. While we avoid easily tarnishable materials, some fashion jewelry containing alloy may experience slight wear over time with regular exposure to moisture or chemicals. Each product's material is clearly listed for transparency, so you know exactly what you're purchasing. 
  6. What is your return and exchange policy?
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. All returns are processed online.
  7.  How long does shipping take?
    • Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but averages 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  8. Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes! EMPIECE™ proudly offers international shipping. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  9. How do I care for my EMPIECE™ jewelry and clothing?
    • Every clothing item comes with a dedicated EMPIECE™ care card inside your order. For best results, always refer to that card for specific wash and care guidance.
  10. Do you restock sold-out items?
    • Select items are restocked based on demand. Be sure to sign up for email alerts or follow us on social media for restock updates.
  11. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
    • We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
  12. Are your items hypoallergenic?
    • Many of our pieces are crafted with stainless steel and gold PVD coatings, which are generally hypoallergenic. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the product materials listed in each description.
