Return & Refund Policy

At EMPIECE™, every piece is chosen with care — and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all packaging, cards, pouches, tags, and accessories

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Sale / final sale items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items showing wear or damage after delivery

Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, Missing Items)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the 7-day window (earrings excluded). If the item requested is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items but are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after delivery.

  • A statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
“I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for Order #____.”

Refunds for EU Withdrawal

Refunds will be issued once the returned goods are received. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Exceptions Under EU Law

  • Earrings
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items unsuitable for return for health/safety reasons once opened
  • Digital gift cards
