We offer three shipping options:

- $4.90 flat rate for orders $0–$124.99

Standard Shipping (Tracked)
- 3–4 business days
- FREE on orders $125+
- Includes tracking
Express Shipping (Tracked)
- 1–2 business days
- $12 flat rate
- Includes tracking
International Shipping
We ship to select countries including Australia, Canada, Germany, and others listed at checkout. Transit times vary by destination.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Important Notes

- EMPIECE™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
- Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.
International Duties, Taxes & Fees
- Your country may require duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.
- These fees are not included in EMPIECE™ prices or shipping rates.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable import fees at delivery.
- If customs fees are refused and the package is returned or destroyed, EMPIECE™ is not obligated to refund the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
- EMPIECE™ is not liable for packages marked delivered but not received.
- Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. EMPIECE™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
