Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer three shipping options:

Economy Shipping (Tracked)

  • 5–8 business days
  • $4.90 flat rate for orders $0–$124.99
  • Includes tracking

Standard Shipping (Tracked)

  • 3–4 business days
  • FREE on orders $125+
  • Includes tracking

Express Shipping (Tracked)

  • 1–2 business days
  • $12 flat rate
  • Includes tracking

International Shipping

We ship to select countries including Australia, Canada, Germany, and others listed at checkout. Transit times vary by destination.

Economy International (Tracked)

  • 6–18 business days
  • $17 flat rate
  • Includes tracking

Standard International (Tracked)

  • 6–12 business days (tracked)
  • $35 flat rate for orders $0–$199.99
  • FREE on orders $200+
  • Includes tracking

Express International (Tracked)

  • 1–5 business days
  • $55 flat rate
  • Includes tracking

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
  • EMPIECE™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
  • Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.

International Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • Your country may require duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.
  • These fees are not included in EMPIECE™ prices or shipping rates.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable import fees at delivery.
  • If customs fees are refused and the package is returned or destroyed, EMPIECE™ is not obligated to refund the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier:

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
  • EMPIECE™ is not liable for packages marked delivered but not received.
  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. EMPIECE™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
